The Network of Business Angels and Investors
NBAI is a community of investors that want to actively pursue business opportunities that may involve the investment of time, money, or other resources. Traditionally, we have focused on private equity and funding transactions. The organization has evolved to include special interest groups that have socio-economic influence, short term liquidity requirements, or acquisition and participation elements. Investors are invited to attend the
NBAI Private Equity Investor Forum, a premier invitation-only meeting for venture capitalists, angel investors, executives of early stage and emerging growth companies, investment bankers, successful entrepreneurs, premier service providers and industry leaders.

NBAI is a community of investors that want to actively pursue business opportunities that may involve the investment of time, money, or other resources. Company History |
 |
The Network of Business Angels and Investors is entering into it's 13th year of helping our members connect with companies seeking capital. Founded by Jerry Martin, NBA&I began with just 4 eager angel investors in 1994 with a dream to help entrepreneurs to an active investor community of over 90 members. During the thirteen years our investors have participated in over 60 Transactions valued at over $34 Mill, with individual investments ranging from $10K to $3million. As the times and the market have changed, so have we. We are advancing our participation in the market place by working with organizations to screen and prepare companies for consideration and by providing educational products and services to the investor community so they can increase their participation in private equity investing.
